When must I get there if I'm a first timer. First time visitors should arrive during office hours (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 PM) unless prearrangements have been made for management staff to be available after hours. After the first-timer orientation and background check(s) are performed, after hour arrivals are not a problem.
What to expect when you come into the office. The office is the first building on the right inside the gate on the nudist club grounds, therefore, clothing is not necessary if you cannot wait.
Management requires visitors to bring a valid photo ID to the office to check in. Please do not leave home without it or management will not allow admission.
If you have not preregistered by filling out the First Time Guest Card and this is your first visit (or first visit in over a year), we will need to run a background check on you and your spouse/significant other. A background check does not take more than 5 minutes, but we have had instances where it delays entry for up to one hour. Once approved, we get a copy of your photo ID, a signature of the rule’s acknowledgement, collect payment, and go over the rules (or any updates since you have been here.)
Management will require all visitors to wear a wristband during their stay at Barehide Ranch. This tells us that you have gone through the security check and tells members that you are a visitor. (Unless otherwise informed by the Office.)
Background checks will stay on file for one year. If you fail to come back within a year, management will need to run a background check on your next visit.
